WHAT WE DO
Elite performers have support systems. Everyday workers face the same demands — with none of that infrastructure. For years, elite athletes have had access to systems specifically designed to help them perform under sustained physical and mental demands — physical therapists, biomechanics specialists, recovery technology, sleep protocols, movement screening, nervous system regulation. The modern workforce faces many of the same challenges in different environments, with far less support. Tour Vetted exists to change that. The Industrial Athlete is not a metaphor. It is a recognition that the same human biology operating inside a professional athlete is operating inside a truck driver, a construction worker, a nurse, a first responder, a parent. The environment is different. The human is the same.
WHO WE ARE
For over two decades, Marc Wahl has worked alongside some of the best performers in professional golf. PGA Tour players. Caddies. Coaches. People operating under extraordinary pressure, where small advantages mattered and small mistakes carried consequences. What interested him most was never performance itself. It was the human beings underneath it.
The patterns he observed in elite sport were not unique to golf. They appeared everywhere. In truck drivers navigating long hours and constant demands. In construction workers. In healthcare professionals. In parents. Different environments. The same human challenges.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of Tour Vetted Solutions, Marc has spent his career studying the intersection of performance, adaptation, resilience, and human capacity. His work began in professional golf but expanded into a broader question: what happens when ordinary people are asked to carry extraordinary loads? That question became the foundation for both Tour Vetted Solutions and Cultural Bonsai.
Today, Marc works with organizations seeking to better understand, support, and preserve the people who keep their operations moving. His work bridges the gap between elite performance environments and the realities of modern industry, helping leaders see the human being behind the outcome.
